EXPORT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Several foreign Ministries of Health who have utilized NUBENCO’S PVO or Emergency Medical Services have requested NUBENCO to also serve the normal market. Of particular interest were high volume products and "uncommon generics".

In response to these requests, in the early 90's, NUBENCO arranged to represent a number of manufacturers and to act as their official marketing and sales office especially for smaller and developing countries, such as those in Latin America, the Middle East and Africa. These manufacturers include both giant and specialized laboratories from a half dozen countries.

 NUBENCO’S Export Management Service makes sense to the manufacturers, because the subject markets are too small for any one manufacturer to economically focus on directly. For NUBENCO, however, serving these markets becomes economically viable, because NUBENCO can amortize its management expenses over a wide range of products from a number of manufacturers.

NUBENCO’S staff travels extensively in the covered regions to perform market studies, follow-up on regulatory matters and to support local distributors. Our technical staff translates and produces the documentation required to register products in those countries. In addition, NUBENCO established a number of field offices, which handle their own country and assist in neighboring countries.

NUBENCO’S Export Management Services has achieved significant market penetration in the countries where its products have been introduced.
