For more than twenty years, NUBENCO has cooperated closely with Private Voluntary Organizations (PVO’s), Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s), UN Organizations, the World Bank and many International Medical assistance programs. These organizations have been granted from NUBENCO the same best direct prices as NUBENCO’S commercial distributors, thus saving money by eliminating the Distributor’s mark-up.

In many countries with insufficient medical resources, and in medical emergencies, PVO’s frequently provide the medical services and materials needed to save lives and to control diseases. While some of their products have been contributed by the manufacturers. PVO’s frequently have to purchase the missing products needed for their programs.

As a highly experienced and diversified International Medical specialist, our key contribution is service. Our function is to source and deliver any needed pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and equipment of top quality, at low prices, and on a timely basis.

In addition to supplying their own products, NUBENCO purchases pharmaceuticals, Medical Equipment and Instruments from Western Europe, where prices are generally lower than in the USA. NUBENCO also adjusts its sources to take advantage of variations in delivery time, cost, currency exchange rates, freight and other cost elements.

NUBENCO supplies brand-name products on a wholesale basis and, whenever possible, lower-cost “generics”. In either case, NUBENCO ensures product quality by supplying its own products or by dealing only with world-class manufacturers. For Medical Equipment, NUBNECO also arranges, as needed, for installation, training, repair, maintenance and continuing supply of consumables. NUBENCO also takes care of all shipping and documentation needs.

In addition, NUBENCO has the Public Health and Program experience to establish what is needed in different situations. NUBENCO is always available to assist and guide PVO’s, at no charge, to try to allocate limited resources to obtain maximum benefit. This Problem Solving Service involves analyzing needs lists to propose cheaper alternatives and to ensure that the product mix is reasonable. Lastly, NUBENCO assists its clients to develop and establish specific health care programs such as for chronic care, emergency medicine, mother / child, tuberculosis, blood supply, complete clinical laboratories, etc.
